Cuba seeks WHO approval for its vaccines

CUBA STANDARD — The Cuba representative of the World Health Organization held talks with BioCubaFarma executives about emergency-use listing of three Cuban COVID-19 vaccines by the United Nations system.

Beyond a tweet by state holding BioCubaFarma, neither BioCubaFarma nor the WHO made any public comments about the meeting with Dr. José Moya Medina, who also represents the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) in Havana.
