CUBA STANDARD — One-and-half years after its originally planned opening, Grupo Iberostar will launch a new beachfront resort on Cayo Cruz in November.
The original plan to open the Iberostar Selection Esmeralda in March 2020 was postponed by the pandemic; the new opening date coincides with the country’s official mid-November reopening to travel announced by the Cuban tourism ministry this week.
