After three years, Helms-Burton case to go before jury

After a nearly three-year pre-trial battle, a federal judge in Miami denied a motion filed by four cruise companies, effectively taking the first Helms-Burton suit to a jury trial.

The Havana Docks Corp. Title III lawsuit against Carnival Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and MSC Cruises is scheduled to begin in May.
