Reaching 4% GDP growth this year is unlikely.

When in December Minister of Economy and Planning Alejandro Gil Fernandez stated the goal for 2022 — following a drastic drop of 10.9% in 2020 and 2% growth in 2021 — many doubted that it be achieved.
